All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (if applicable).

3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to countries where peptide research use is legal.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes in some regions—please provide a valid street address.
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct; Pure Peptide Labs is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your package until delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time; terms will be specified during the promotion.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
